II. PERSYARATAN PELAMAR :
1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia;
2. Usia serendah-rendahnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2010 (lahir pada tanggal 1 Desember 1975 atau sesudahnya);
3. Berijazah sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) yang telah ditetapkan;
4. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindakan pidana kejahatan;
5. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil/Anggota Tentara Nasional Indonesia/Anggota Kepolisian Negara, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta;
6. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS/PNS/Anggota TNI/POLRI;
7. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota atau pengurus partai politik;
8. Tidak terikat kontrak/ikatan kerja baik dengan instansi pemerintah maupun swasta;
9. Berkelakuan baik/Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) oleh kepolisian setempat;
10. Sehat jasmani dan rohani, dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dari dokter pemerintah;
11. Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah;
12. Pelamar yang dinyatakan sebagai CPNS harus menyertakan Surat Keterangan Bebas dari pemakaian Narkoba;
13. Ijazah pelamar yang diakui yaitu Ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi Negeri/Swasta yang telah mendapat akreditasi atau ijazah yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang telah mendapat penetapan penyetaraan dari Panitia ijazah Luar Negeri Depdiknas.

III. TATA CARA PELAMARAN:
1. Surat lamaran ditulis tangan dengan tinta hitam dibubuhi materai Rp. 6.000,- ditujukan kepada Sekretaris Jenderal DPD RI dengan melampirkan :
a. Foto copy sah ijazah disertai transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang;
b. Foto copy Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja dari Departemen Tenaga Kerja (Kartu Kuning) yang masih berlaku;
c. Foto copy Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku;
d. Foto copy Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter pemerintah;
e. Pas photo berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 cm sebanyak 4 (empat) lembar.
2. Berkas lamaran dimasukan kedalam amplop coklat (ukuran 350 mm x 240 mm) dengan mencantumkan nama pelamar serta kode jabatan yang akan dilamar di sudut kanan atas dan dikirimkan melalui pos ke PO BOX 6928 JatPk. Jkt 13069 mulai tanggal 15 November sampai dengan paling lambat tanggal 26 November 2010 Stempel Pos;
3. Pelamar wajib mencantumkan nomor telepon/handphone dalam surat lamaran;
4. Pelamar yang dipanggil adalah Pelamar yang memenuhi syarat disebutkan di atas, apabila jumlah Pelamar yang memenuhi syarat tersebut melebihi jumlah Pelamar yang ditentukan, maka panitia memberlakukan pemeringkatan berdasarkan nilai IPK tertinggi dan pengalaman kerja.

IV. PEMANGGILAN
1. Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan administrasi akan diumumkan di Papan pengumuman resmi di Setjen DPD RI dan Website www.dpd.go.id pada tanggal 9 Desember 2010;
2. Jumlah pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi sebanyak-banyaknya 15 x jumlah lowongan formasi berdasarkan peringkat nilai IPK tertinggi dan pengalaman kerja.
3. Pelamar yang namanya tidak tercantum di papan pengumuman resmi di Setjen DPD RI dan Website www.dpd.go.id dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat pada seleksi administrasi dan tidak akan diikutkan dalam seleksi berikutnya.
4. Pelaksanaan seleksi berikutnya akan diumumkan lebih lanjut akan diumumkan di Papan pengumuman resmi di Setjen DPD RI dan Website www.dpd.go.id

V. PENUTUP
1. Keputusan panitia Pengadaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat;
2. Seluruh proses Pengadaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI tidak dipungut biaya apapun;
3. Pelamar dapat melihat hasil pengumuman kelulusan tes di www.dpd.go.id
4. Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI dan atau Tim Pengadaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI;
5. Tim Pengadaan CPNS tidak menerima lamaran yang diantar langsung;
6. Lamaran yang telah diajukan sebelum pengumuman ini dianggap tidak berlaku dan wajib dikirim kembali sesuai ketentuan diatas;
7. Lamaran yang telah dikirim ke Panitia Pengadaan CPNS Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI tidak dapat diminta kembali.
