I. PERSYARATAN
A. Persyaratan Pelamar terdiri dari :
1. Warganegara Republik Indonesia.
2. Bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
3. Memiliki integritas yang tinggi terhadap Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
4. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil / Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
5. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai anggota atau pengurus Partai Politik.
6. Tidak pernah diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri atau Pegawai Swasta.
7. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap.
8. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

5. Usia paling rendah 18 (delapan belas) tahun pada tanggal 01 Januari 2011 dan paling tinggi:
a. 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada 01 Januari 2011.
b. 40 (empat puluh) tahun pada 01 Januari 2011 bagi yang bekerja pada Instansi Pemerintah atau Lembaga Swasta yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional secara terus menerus (tidak terputus) dengan masa kerja 13 tahun 9 bulan dihitung mulai dari 17 April 2002 sampai dengan 01 Januari 2011 (masa kerja paling kurang 5 tahun pada 17 April 2002 sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2002) dengan melampirkan fotocopy sah Surat Keputusan / Bukti Pengangkatan Pertama sampai dengan Pengangkatan Terakhir dari Kepala / Pimpinan Instansi Pemerintah / Lembaga Swasta Nasional yang dilegalisir oleh Pejabat yang berwenang.
6. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi berhak mengikuti ujian.

II. BERKAS LAMARAN
1. Lamaran dibuat dalam 1 (satu) rangkap.
2. Lamaran harus ditulis tangan dengan memakai pena tinta hitam dan ditandatangani sendiri oleh pelamar  dengan menggunakan kertas HVS ukuran folio yang dibubuhi materai Rp. 6.000,- (enam ribu rupiah)  menggunakan huruf kapital / balok.
3. Surat lamaran ditujukan kepada Bupati Bangka (ditulis nama lengkap dank ode lamaran) dengan melampirkan:
a. Fotocopy Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar / Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai yang telah disahkan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang (legalisir stempel basah 1 rangkap) serta menunjukkan Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar / Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai asli.
b. Fotocopy Kartu tanda Pencari kerja / AK-1 dari Dinas Sosial dan Tenaga Kerja yang telah dilegalisir stempel basah 1 rangkap oleh Pejabat yang berwenang serta menunjukkan yang asli.
c. Pas photo ukuran 3x4 cm sebanyak 4 (empat) lembar (dibelakang pas photo ditulis nama dan kualifikasi pendidikan).
d. Menyerahkan isian formulir Surat Pernyataan tidak sedang dalam status belajar dan atau tidak akan menuntut penyesuaian Ijazah apabila memiliki Ijazah yang lebih tinggi di luar formasi yang dibutuhkan dan bersedia ditempatkan di Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka minimal 7 (tujuh) tahun berturut-turut sejak tanggal penugasan.
e. Fotocopy Surat Keputusan pengalaman kerja bagi usia di atas 35 tahun dan tidak lebih dari 40 tahun pada 01 Januari 2011.

Menyusul penunjukan De Javsche Bank yang merupakan warisan dari Pemerintah Belanda sebagai Bank Sentral pada tahun 1949, Pemerintah membatasi peranan Bank Negara Indonesia sebagai bank sirkulasi atau bank sentral. Bank Negara Indonesia lalu ditetapkan sebagai bank pembangunan, dan kemudian diberikan hak untuk bertindak sebagai bank devisa, dengan akses langsung untuk transaksi luar negeri.

Sehubungan dengan penambahan modal pada tahun 1955, status Bank Negara Indonesia diubah menjadi bank komersial milik pemerintah. Perubahan ini melandasi pelayanan yang lebih baik dan tuas bagi sektor usaha nasional.

Sejalan dengan keputusan penggunaan tahun pendirian sebagai bagian dari identitas perusahaan, nama Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 resmi digunakan mulai akhir tahun 1968. Perubahan ini menjadikan Bank Negara Indonesia lebih dikenal sebagai 'BNI 46'. Penggunaan nama panggilan yang lebih mudah diingat - 'Bank BNI' - ditetapkan bersamaan dengan perubahaan identitas perusahaan tahun 1988.

Tahun 1992, status hukum dan nama BNI berubah menjadi PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), sementara keputusan untuk menjadi perusahaan publik diwujudkan melalui penawaran saham perdana di pasar modal pada tahun 1996.

Kemampuan BNI untuk beradaptasi terhadap perubahan dan kemajuan lingkungan, sosial-budaya serta teknologi dicerminkan melalui penyempurnaan identitas perusahaan yang berkelanjutan dari masa ke masa. Hal ini juga menegaskan dedikasi dan komitmen BNI terhadap perbaikan kualitas kinerja secara terus-menerus.

Pada tahun 2004, identitas perusahaan yang diperbaharui mulai digunakan untuk menggambarkan prospek masa depan yang lebih baik, setelah keberhasilan mengarungi masa-masa yang sulit. Requirements

Specific Requirements :
  • Have minimum 2 years experience handling corporate (minimum portfolio Rp 300 billion) customer as an Account Manager
  • Have good knowledge in structured finance, trade service, trade finance and treasury


General Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mining, Industrial, Civil, Chemical), Agriculture, Economics, Marketing, Law
  • Age max. 35 years
  • Able to communicate with English and Japanesse (will be an advantage)
  • Able to work in a team and individual
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in banking institutuion
