Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
* To conclude all electrical areas within quality, cost and time expected on feasibility study. Supporting the Construction Manager with accurate and clear information on time regarding cost, progress, and time schedule plus all electrical construction aspects related to the project (tendering, contracting, engineering, erection and management).
Requirements:
Education:
* Min graduate with Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering
Experience:
* Min. 5 years experience in construction
* Expert in management of CAPEX projects
* Hands-on knowledge of cost and schedule control tools
* Recognized technical qualification
* Knowledge of cement plant operation
* Computer literacy:
* Computer utilisation for Windows system, software application such as SAP
Language:
* English proficiency, oral & written
* Other qualification / skills:
* Able to problem analysis and solution
* Awareness of OHS at the workplace
* Good Leadership Skill

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
* To provide professional chemical and process engineering support for the CC Plant, specifically (but not limited to):
* Cement Grinding CC-2 and Kiln CC-1 (main responsibilities)
* Cement Grinding CC-1 (Second line responsibilities)
Requirements:
Education:
* Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
* Engineering Diploma with minimum 10 years experience
* Experience:
* 3-5 years experience in heavy processing industry with a focus on process improvement
* Preferably in the materials handling or pyro- processing industry
* Cement processing experience in areas of process
* Chemistry optimisation and plant improvements.
* Computer literacy:
* Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes
* Language:
* English proficiency, oral & written
* Other qualification / skills:
* Ability to challenge the ways things are done in an innovative way
* Ability to respect and evaluate new ideas inn a professional manner

* Team player person and enjoy teamwork
* Willing to work shift
* Computer literacy: MS Office and Call Center applications would be an advantage
* Language: Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
